4. The minimum cashback amount is 5 EUR.

6. All cashback amounts are calculated using the following formula: net losses on participating games from any deposit during the promotional period, multiplied by 25%. Net losses from bonus money or jackpot wins are excluded from your calculation.
7. Any cashback amount due must be requested via Live Chat or by email: support@cleobetra.com on the Monday following the promotional period, after 06:00 UTC, and before 23:59 UTC. If you do not activate it prior to expiration, your entitlement to the cashback bonus will be voided.
